Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OBSIDIAN iD services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
Service Description
OBSIDIAN iD provides identity and access management infrastructure, including authentication, authorization, and audit services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Usage Limits
Service usage is subject to plan limits including Monthly Active Users (MAU), API rate limits, and storage quotas. Exceeding limits may result in automatic upgrade or service degradation.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt service operations
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or malware
Payment & Billing
Paid services are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overages are billed in arrears. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Service Level Agreement
We provide a 99.9% uptime SLA for Business and Enterprise plans. Credits for downtime are provided per our SLA policy. The free tier and Pro plan do not include SLA guarantees.
Termination
Either party may terminate service with 30 days notice. We may immediately terminate for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
OBSIDIAN iD is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
