What counts as a Monthly Active User (MAU)?
A MAU is a unique user who authenticates at least once during a calendar month. Users who don't log in don't count toward your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, we'll automatically upgrade you to the next tier and prorate the difference.
Do you offer custom pricing for high-volume deployments?
